We always strive to work with our tenants and ask that you keep in mind you are living in someone's home and they are offering that to you. Please be respectful of the home and keep it nice for the next person who wishes to enjoy it after you.

Remember to make all repair requests thru the Star Realty Tenant Portal. Our office hours are M-F 9am-4pm except holidays.
Make sure to include the address of the property in the subject. A description of the problem. A picture of the problem or if an appliance, a picture of the serial & model number. Also, include the best person to contact and that person's phone number.  We try to respond within a couple of business days excluding holidays.
If it is an urgent matter, you may always contact Dr. Ara Minassian directly after submitting the email so that we can expedite servicing.
